don’t trust these people

Granted, it was 1994, but they were advertising a website without knowing what the Internet is, or what the @ sign represented. Similarly, don’t trust that the U.S. media is giving you a complete view of the events in Egypt, Tunisia, or Yemen…or tomorrow, in Somalia. More on those events soon, but idiots rule tonight.

  1. I am old enough to know that 1994 is plenty of time to have learned what the internet is–especially if you are a “journalist” interested in “the world around you.” I think 1994 is right around the time I learned how to buy an airline ticket without using a travel agent.
