Not so fast, mister

Headline: “Brianiac Dating Sucks Balls, Bores People to Tears”

For example:

A thought that has been inspired by the new Star Trek film. Imagine if all the following is true..YOU come from the future and alter the present in a way that causes you not to be born, which you might think that this would cause yourself to immediately disappear. If matter cannot be destroyed then you could not just disappear into nonexistence. Therefore, a reality without you ever coming from the future must continue on. However, the fact remains that the event of you coming from the future did happen. So the reality altered from you coming from the future must continue as well as the one unaltered. Let’s say even though you are living in a reality that is set apart from the reality that has never been altered from someone coming from the future, you are able to come in contact somehow with your former reality and thereby altering it again. Again one might think that this would make the reality that was formed from you coming from the future to disappear. But again if it is true that matter cannot be destroyed, the reality that is influenced from you would have to continue as well as the reality that has never been influenced from the future. Let’s say that you’re able to continue to alter each subsequent reality that comes from you influencing it. My question is would you use this amazing power to continue to perfect a reality that everyone would be happy to live in although you would never be able to live in it yourself, or would you just care about yourself in the reality you managed to get yourself into?
